Strengthening its leadership in enterprise delivery and digital transformation, Salesforce has elevated a long-time leader to a global role.
In her new role, Atchula leads high-impact delivery strategies and digital transformation initiatives for global enterprise customers, with a focus on complex, large-scale programmes.
The elevation follows her tenure as Regional Vice President and Director, India Theater Practice Lead. During this phase, Atchula played a central role in starting, scaling, and leading the MuleSoft Practice in India. Her leadership has been marked by building high-performance teams and using application networks to support complex business transformation.
Before this role, Atchula spent 12 years at Oracle, where she rose to the position of Consulting Practice Director. At Oracle, she led APAC operations for SaaS engagements within the Health Sciences Global Business Unit. Her work included designing delivery frameworks for major BioPharma and CRO clients across the region.
Her experience also includes key leadership responsibilities at Phase Forward, later acquired by Oracle. There, she established the company’s captive infrastructure in India, supporting global delivery needs. Earlier in her career, she held technical roles in the UK with Perceptive Informatics.
By combining deep domain expertise in life sciences with strong capabilities in cloud platforms, Atchula has built a reputation for scaling global practices and delivering operational excellence. In her expanded role, she now drives Salesforce’s delivery excellence agenda across enterprise customers worldwide.
