As it sharpens its focus on scale and long-term growth, Ruvimo has strengthened its leadership team with a senior people and culture appointment.
In her new role, Jain will lead the company’s people and culture strategy as Ruvimo works toward its ambition of becoming the world’s largest live learning platform. Her mandate includes driving scale, strengthening engagement, and supporting sustainable growth.
Before joining Ruvimo, Jain spent over 6 years at Yocket, where she held multiple HR leadership roles. Her journey at Yocket included positions such as HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Associate Director – Human Resources.
During her tenure, Jain played a key role in scaling the organisation from a small team into a high-growth workforce of several hundred employees. She strengthened talent acquisition frameworks, enhanced performance management systems, and built robust people operations to support rapid expansion.
At Yocket, she led large-scale workforce expansion initiatives and significantly improved employee engagement outcomes. She also contributed to strategic planning through annual operating plans aligned with business objectives. Her work included improving operational efficiency, introducing structured HR processes, and supporting flexible workplace models to ensure agility during fast-paced growth phases.
Earlier in her career, Jain gained foundational HR experience with organisations such as The Akanksha Foundation and Aditya Birla Retail Limited. These roles helped her build strong exposure to talent development, employee engagement, and HR generalist functions, shaping her people-first leadership style.
With this appointment, Ruvimo aims to further strengthen its organisational culture and people capabilities as it scales its platform and global aspirations.
