Salesforce welcomes Saba Siddiqui as Senior Director, Global Head of Talent Attraction

A key leadership move at Salesforce highlights the company’s focus on building future-ready talent for its AI-driven growth.

In this role, Saba will lead talent attraction strategies across Sales, Customer Success, Technology & Product, and Corporate functions. Her mandate is to strengthen Salesforce’s hiring advantage through scale, data, inclusion, and AI-led decision-making. Reflecting on the milestone, she said Salesforce has “long set the standard for values-led innovation,” and shared her excitement about supporting the company’s agentic, AI-powered future while keeping people at the center.

Before Salesforce, Saba served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Gusto for nearly 1 year. There, she strengthened hiring capabilities for a fast-growing technology company and led technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design.

Earlier, she spent nearly 11 years at LinkedIn, progressing through several senior talent acquisition roles. Most recently, she was Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Global Head Emerging Talent, after serving as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and earlier as Director, Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, Saba built high-performing recruiting teams in the U.S. and India and led hiring programs for key technical and business functions, including SRE, security, TPM, and engineering operations.

Saba began her career in top-tier tech recruitment with global technology companies. She worked as a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer at Facebook, supporting production engineering and reliability hiring. Prior to that, she served as a Technical Recruiter at Google, contributing to global hiring programs, especially for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Her early experience also includes recruitment roles at Project Consulting Specialists (PCS) and Network Appliance (NetApp).

At Salesforce, Saba’s appointment supports the company’s focus on building the workforce needed for AI-led enterprise transformation. Salesforce is widely known as the world’s leading customer relationship management platform and continues to advance AI-enabled enterprise work through trusted autonomous AI agents, unified data infrastructure, and integrated CRM applications that support sales, service, marketing, commerce, and IT transformation worldwide.
