Stallion India partners with SYS ADVANCE to enter advanced helium recovery technologies

Strengthening its presence in high-value industrial gas solutions, Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Portugal-based SYS ADVANCE. The agreement focuses on collaboration for advanced systems and equipment used in helium recovery and liquefaction, marking a strategic expansion for Stallion into critical gas technologies.

SYS ADVANCE is a globally recognised manufacturer of industrial gas equipment and a leading developer of containerised helium recovery systems. Its technology has been qualified by European space agencies for space and cryogenic applications, underscoring its proven performance in highly demanding environments.

The partnership also addresses a pressing global concern. Helium is a scarce and vital resource, widely used in space research, medical imaging, semiconductor manufacturing, and advanced industrial processes. With limited supply, recovery and recycling of helium have become increasingly important across industries worldwide.

Through this collaboration, Stallion plans to introduce advanced helium recovery and liquefaction solutions to the Indian market. At the same time, the company is working closely with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to support long-term helium recycling needs for India’s space programmes. Reinforcing this intent, Stallion has also participated in a major ISRO tender related to helium recovery and liquefaction systems, positioning itself as a strategic player in this critical area.

Supported by this technology tie-up, along with its expanding asset base and diversified product portfolio, Stallion has shared a 3-year revenue growth guidance of 30–35%. The company believes that its move into advanced gas technologies will help create sustainable long-term value for stakeholders while contributing to India’s self-reliance in critical industrial gases.

Incorporated in 2002, Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited operates as a specialised player in refrigerants and industrial gases. It serves multiple sectors, including air conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and glass manufacturing.

The company operates manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Haryana, with additional units under development in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Its strong focus on refrigerant gases, specialty gases, semiconductor gases, and high-purity industrial gases, backed by advanced gas blending capabilities, continues to differentiate Stallion as a key solution provider across diverse industrial segments.
