In a move aimed at strengthening its presence in the youth-focused smartphone market, Samsung has confirmed the arrival of its new Galaxy F70 series in India this February. The upcoming lineup is designed to appeal to young and Gen Z consumers looking for feature-rich smartphones at competitive prices.
The South Korean electronics company announced on Friday, January 30, 2026, that the Galaxy F70 series will be positioned in the mid-range segment, with pricing kept under ₹30,000. Notably, the first smartphone under the Galaxy F70 banner is expected to debut in the ₹10,000–₹15,000 price range later in February.
Highlighting the focus of the new lineup, the company said, “The Galaxy F70 series will bring combination of strong hardware specs and innovative AI powered features, empowering their ambition and pace to stand out.”
Samsung is set to officially reveal more details about the Galaxy F70 series on February 2. Specifications, features, and availability are expected to be shared during the announcement.
Alongside the Galaxy F70 update, Samsung has also recently confirmed plans to launch the Galaxy A07 5G in the first week of February, targeting buyers in the affordable smartphone segment.
The Galaxy A07 5G will feature a redesigned camera module with a dual-camera setup. This includes a 50 MP autofocus primary camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies, the device will offer an 8 MP front camera.
