In this role, Pankaj will oversee the company’s cybersecurity strategy, including application security and cloud security initiatives across all digital operations.
Pankaj will be responsible for leading DevSecOps practices, enhancing security architecture, and ensuring strong risk management frameworks are in place. His appointment comes as organisations place growing emphasis on protecting digital platforms and customer data in an evolving threat landscape.
With more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, Pankaj brings deep industry knowledge to his new position. He has previously held senior cybersecurity roles at Deloitte, EY, and Emirates NBD. Across these roles, he has built expertise in network security, PCI DSS compliance, and security architecture.
At Digit Life Insurance, Pankaj is expected to play a key role in aligning security strategies with business goals while strengthening the company’s overall cyber resilience. His leadership will support secure digital growth as the insurer continues to expand its technology-driven services.
