A new collaboration in healthcare technology is bringing advanced AI-driven intelligence to revenue cycle operations. CitiusTech has partnered with Ventra Health to build and deploy an Agentic AI-powered revenue intelligence platform aimed at improving financial performance across healthcare organizations.
The platform, branded vCision, uses AI, automation, and adaptive models to detect revenue leakage and highlight opportunities for operational improvement. It is designed to be embedded directly into day-to-day workflows, enabling faster and more accurate revenue cycle decisions.
Under the partnership, CitiusTech will support the rapid engineering and deployment of vCision, drawing on its expertise in healthcare technology, data, and artificial intelligence. As part of its broader AI platform strategy, Ventra Health is also setting up a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data, and platform delivery, with the goal of expanding Agentic AI solutions across its business portfolio.
Rajan Kohli, chief executive officer of CitiusTech, said the partnership brings together Ventra Health’s deep revenue cycle management expertise and CitiusTech’s healthcare engineering and Agentic AI capabilities. He added that the focus is on delivering intelligence that improves financial predictability and reduces revenue leakage for healthcare providers.
Early deployments of vCision have shown strong results. According to data shared by the companies, the platform has delivered a 19% improvement in first-pass payment rates and a 26% reduction in initial denial rates. It has also helped accelerate the recovery of delayed reimbursements through AI-driven revenue intelligence workflows.
vCision is built to support Ventra Health’s revenue cycle experts by improving processing accuracy, lowering preventable denials, and helping teams adapt quickly to changing reimbursement patterns. The platform also provides real-time education and training for operational teams and extends enterprise analytics within Ventra’s existing vSight platform, launched in late 2023.
Steven Huddleston, chief executive officer of Ventra Health, said the platform aligns with the company’s strategy to develop proprietary revenue intelligence solutions that respond to evolving reimbursement guidelines and payer requirements. He noted that vCision enables faster, data-driven decision-making across revenue cycle management services.
The platform uses curated, high-precision data from the vSight enterprise analytics infrastructure. Its AI models are continuously monitored and optimized by domain experts to ensure transparent performance metrics and measurable outcomes. vCision includes 9 revenue intelligence solutions focused on faster collections, higher reimbursement, and improved quality outcomes.
Ventra Health is a portfolio company of a healthcare-focused private equity firm.
