Ejaz Nazeer takes charge as Chief Product Officer at TransUnion CIBIL Limited

In his new role, Ejaz will lead product strategy and innovation across the organization. His focus will be on building data-driven solutions that strengthen credit access and improve risk management within India’s financial ecosystem. The appointment reflects the company’s continued emphasis on enhancing its product portfolio to better support banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, lenders, and consumers.

Ejaz brings close to 3 decades of experience across banking, cards, risk, and fraud management. He most recently served at IndusInd Bank as Head – Retail Assets and Cards (RACC) and Cards Risk Head. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, where he worked as Head of Fraud Control and later as Cards Risk Head.

His earlier career includes senior responsibilities at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Head – Debt Management (South), and at ICICI Bank as Head – Fraud Control (South). Ejaz also spent the initial phase of his career at ANZ, gaining foundational experience in financial services and risk operations.

An alumnus of the University of Calcutta and SIMBI, Ejaz combines academic grounding with deep industry exposure. His appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s product roadmap and accelerate innovation in credit intelligence solutions tailored for India’s evolving financial landscape.
