Amara Raja Energy and Mobility Ltd. has announced the appointment of Anshika Dhawan as its new Chief Marketing Officer at a time when the company is undergoing a major phase of transformation. In her new role, she will lead the overall marketing strategy with a focus on strengthening brand equity, driving consumer centric growth and supporting the company’s long-term vision across energy storage, mobility solutions and emerging new age technologies.
Anshika brings close to twenty years of professional experience across global energy, FMCG and industrial sectors. Before joining Amara Raja, she spent more than seven years at Shell, where she most recently served as Global Sector Marketing Manager. Earlier she held the role of Head of Marketing Consumer Automotive India and led large scale brand portfolio and growth initiatives.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles at AkzoNobel, PepsiCo and Philips. These assignments helped her build strong expertise in category marketing, brand strategy and integrated business planning across multiple markets. Her experience spans both global and Indian operations giving her a broad perspective on building strong and consistent brands.
The appointment highlights Amara Raja’s focus on building a future-ready brand aligned with innovation sustainability and changing customer expectations in the energy and mobility ecosystem.
