In his new role, Anurag will lead talent management, culture building, leadership development, HR operations, and HR transformation initiatives. He will focus on aligning workforce strategy with KreditBee’s rapid growth plans within the fintech and NBFC ecosystem through its RBI registered entity KrazyBee Services Limited.
Before joining KreditBee, Anurag served as Head of Human Resources at Alldigi Tech. In this role, he led global HR strategy across India, the Philippines, and the United States, gaining experience in managing diverse and distributed teams.
Anurag’s earlier leadership journey includes senior roles at Quess Corp Limited, Concentrix, TeamLease Services Limited, IonIdea Inc., vCustomer, Satyam Computer Services Ltd, and Hero BPO. He also founded TEAMPLOYER, adding entrepreneurial experience to his career.
Across these organisations, Anurag built scalable HR centres of excellence, strengthened executive hiring capabilities, implemented HR technology platforms, and developed high volume talent engines. This experience positions him to support people led growth and drive organisational maturity at KreditBee as the company continues to scale its operations.
