OnePlus Watch Lite debuts as budget smartwatch with AMOLED display

OnePlus has expanded its wearable portfolio with the launch of the new OnePlus Watch Lite, introduced alongside the OnePlus 15R in global markets.

Positioned as a budget friendly smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch Lite features a 1.46 inch circular AMOLED display with a 464 x 464 pixel resolution. The screen is protected by sapphire crystal glass and offers a peak brightness of 3000 nits. It is housed in a 316L stainless steel body and measures 8.9mm in thickness, with a weight of about 59 grams. Buyers can choose between black or white fluororubber straps paired with a stainless steel buckle.

The smartwatch delivers up to 10 days of battery life on a single full charge. It runs on OxygenOS Watch 7.1 instead of Google Wear OS and supports both Android and iOS devices running iOS 14 or later. The lighter software enables a dual sync feature that allows the watch to connect with 2 devices at the same time.

Health and fitness tracking features include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, skin temperature mapping, stress tracking, and sleep monitoring. The watch also supports more than 100 sports modes and includes fall detection.

Additional specifications include fast charging support, a 44mm casing, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

The OnePlus Watch Lite has been launched in Europe and the UK, priced at €159 and £159 respectively. Pricing and availability for other markets such as the US and India have not yet been announced.
