Zinnov has announced the appointment of Sukanya Roy as Senior Advisor, adding her extensive expertise in global capability centers, business transformation, and AI driven ecosystem development to the firm’s leadership strength. In this role, she will support Zinnov’s mission of enabling innovation and enterprise growth by guiding digital, AI, and capability building initiatives for global organizations.
Sukanya brings over two decades of experience across consulting, technology, ecosystem strategy, and industry advocacy. Before rejoining Zinnov, she played a key leadership role at a prominent technology industry association, where she led India’s GCC and BPM initiatives and, most recently, the AI Communities program. Her work helped strengthen India’s position as a global center for technology innovation, digital transformation, and AI adoption while fostering collaboration between enterprises, startups, and academic institutions.
Prior to her impactful tenure at the industry association, Sukanya served as a Partner at Zinnov, where she contributed to consulting growth in areas such as engineering research and development transformation, global talent strategy, and digital innovation. Earlier in her career, she worked with a major consulting firm, a leading beverages company, and a global technology services organisation, gaining strong experience in business process transformation, strategy execution, and organizational development.
Sukanya is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where she completed a Master of Business Administration for experienced professionals. This strengthened her leadership and strategic management capabilities, complementing her industry experience.
In her new role at Zinnov, Sukanya will focus on accelerating innovation, scaling enterprise capability centers, and advising leaders on digital and AI transformation. Her appointment reinforces Zinnov’s commitment to delivering measurable business impact through data driven strategy and collaboration.
