In this role, Sugandha will lead the people strategy across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region. Her responsibilities include driving organisational effectiveness, shaping talent strategy, and leading culture transformation. She will work closely with business leaders to support growth and deliver strong outcomes across a diverse and high-growth region.
Before this appointment, Sugandha served as VP HR Head for GE Gas Power – Asia Pacific at GE Vernova. She has also held multiple global and regional HR leadership roles at GE.
Her previous experience includes roles at Alstom, EY, Genpact, and Airtel, where she built strong expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and global people strategy.
With over 20 years of experience, Sugandha’s appointment highlights her proven track record in leading large-scale HR functions and aligning people strategies with business goals across multiple geographies.
