This appointment marks an important milestone in her long and progressive career with the company. Before this elevation, she served as Vice President & Business Head of Lakme.
In that role, Sunanda played a major part in strengthening the brand’s market presence within HUL’s Beauty & Personal Care portfolio.
Sunanda Khaitan brings close to 2 decades of experience at Unilever. She began her journey with the company as an Area Sales Manager and steadily moved up through several leadership positions across different functions. Her career growth reflects consistent performance and strong expertise in brand and business management.
Prior to joining Unilever, she worked at Dabur India Limited. This early industry exposure helped shape her foundation in FMCG marketing and leadership.
With her deep understanding of consumer brands and long association with Unilever, Sunanda is expected to drive the next phase of growth for the company’s Beauty & Wellbeing business.
