In her new role, Preeti Bajaj will head Schneider Electric’s Home Solutions Division. She will focus on expanding home energy management solutions, switches and sockets, and electric vehicle charging offerings. Her mandate includes building intelligent, efficient, and protected smart-home ecosystems for global markets.
Alongside her EVP responsibilities, Preeti has also joined the board of StarCharge, a joint venture managed by Schneider Electric. This appointment strengthens her role in shaping the company’s electric mobility and home energy strategy.
Preeti Bajaj brings wide global leadership experience to the role. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd. Before that, she was Chief Executive Officer of Clipsal Cortex. Her earlier career at Schneider Electric included serving as Vice President, Strategy and Commercial Operations Transformation.
Based in Gurgaon, India, Preeti is known for her expertise in renewable energy, business transformation, and leading large global teams. Her background spans strategy, operations, and technology-driven growth, positioning her to guide Schneider Electric’s home solutions business through its next phase of expansion.
The company expects her appointment to strengthen its focus on smart and sustainable home technologies, as demand grows for connected energy systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
