Samsung is expanding its rapid delivery service in India, allowing customers to receive a wider range of Galaxy products at their doorstep in about ten minutes through its partnership with a quick commerce platform. The service, which earlier covered only Galaxy smartphones, will now include smartwatches, tablets, wireless earbuds and several mobile accessories.
The company confirmed that its collaboration with the quick commerce platform has been strengthened to offer fast delivery of Galaxy tablets, Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Watch models and essential accessories such as USB cables and wall chargers. These products can now be ordered through the platform’s mobile app.
Samsung said the move supports its goal of building a stronger omnichannel presence while meeting growing consumer demand for immediate access to devices. The service is particularly useful in situations where users urgently need a replacement device or accessory, such as losing a phone, planning last minute travel or needing a power bank or earbuds quickly.
Rahul Pahwa, Director of Samsung MX in India, said, “At Samsung, we are driven by meaningful innovations that are accessible to everyone. Our partnership with Instamart is another step towards strengthening our omnichannel strategy and making Galaxy experience available to users in a matter of minutes. We are bringing our most loved devices closer to the users.”
By adding more product categories to the ten minute delivery option, Samsung aims to offer customers a seamless and convenient shopping experience, blending online speed with offline accessibility.
