With more than 20 years of experience in shaping people strategies, leadership frameworks, and organizational transformation, Cook steps into this role as a respected voice in the human capital landscape.
Her journey to Roth&Co is built on an impressive portfolio of leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Bennett Thrasher, where from 2021 to 2025 she spearheaded the firm’s people operations. Her work there focused on organizational change, executive coaching, and cultivating an environment of meaningful employee engagement.
Prior to that, Cook spent over 15 years at PwC, holding pivotal positions such as Human Resources Director and Southeast Market People Leader. In these roles, she led nationwide human capital and diversity strategies that directly impacted more than 4,500 employees across the Southeast region. Her contributions as Market Inclusion Leader, Director of Market HR, and HR Manager firmly established her as a transformative figure in HR leadership, blending business acumen with empathetic people management.
Her earlier work with the United Way of Greater Atlanta reflects a long-standing commitment to community-centered leadership and equity in the workplace. Throughout her career, Cook has continuously elevated the importance of inclusion, belonging, and workforce wellbeing.
She holds a degree in Communication and carries esteemed certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Beyond the corporate sphere, she remains deeply involved with prominent professional communities, including SHRM, NABA, Ascend, and ALPFA—demonstrating her dedication to advancing the HR profession at large.
