Rohit Mogra Elevated to Global HR Business Partner for Technology Centres and Corporate Functions at Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank has announced the elevation of Rohit Mogra to the role of Global HR Business Partner for its Technology Centres and Corporate Functions Technology Group. In this new global leadership position, Mogra will oversee the people strategy for the bank’s tech hubs across Germany, India, Romania, and the United States, while also acting as the HR business partner to the global CIO team that leads technology for Deutsche Bank’s core infrastructure operations.

Mogra’s professional journey has been a steady climb built on diverse experiences and consistent impact. He began his HR career at Bosch in Bengaluru in 2000 and later moved to Genpact in Jaipur, where he focused on employee relations. His next major stint was with Airtel, where over eight years he advanced from HR Business Partner in Rajasthan to Head of HR for both the Rajasthan and Karnataka circles. In 2015, Mogra joined Myntra as AVP-HR for its supply chain division and was soon promoted to Director-HR, heading HR for logistics and customer experience.

He stepped into Deutsche Bank in January 2017 as Vice President-HR, leading HR operations for the Jaipur site. Over the years, he played critical roles including Head of HR for the risk, asset management, compliance, AFC, and KYC functions. In August 2019, he was appointed as Head of HR for the India Technology team and the Pune site.

Mogra’s promotion is a testament to his leadership, cross-functional agility, and commitment to nurturing talent across geographies. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he brings strategic depth, people-centric thinking, and a global vision to his new mandate.

As he embarks on this expanded global role, his journey continues to be an inspiring example of progressive leadership rooted in purpose and adaptability.
