Staffingine LLC has appointed Ravi Shankar S. as its new Head of Human Resources Operations. In this role, Ravi will oversee HR operations, people strategy, and organizational effectiveness across Staffingine’s India operations, driving alignment between workforce initiatives and the company’s business objectives.
Ravi brings over a decade of HR leadership experience across multiple sectors, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and policy development. At Staffingine, he will focus on building an agile HR framework that fosters innovation, enhances productivity, and supports the company’s expanding global operations.
Before joining Staffingine, Ravi served as Human Resources Business Partner at Aditi Consulting, leading headcount planning, performance management, and culture development initiatives. Prior to that, he spent more than five years at cyberThink Inc., rising from Assistant Manager to Manager – Human Resources, where he led workforce analytics, HR compliance, and leadership development programs, significantly improving employee retention and engagement.
Earlier in his career, Ravi gained experience at Initor Global, XDuce, and QX Global Group, contributing to HR operations, performance management, and employee relations. He began his professional journey at Rishabh Softwr, developing his foundation in recruitment and HR systems.
Ravi is recognized for combining data-driven HR decision-making with empathetic leadership to build high-performing teams. At Staffingine, he will spearhead initiatives to optimize HR operations, strengthen employee experience, and implement scalable systems that support the company’s rapid growth and international reach.
His appointment reinforces Staffingine’s commitment to nurturing people-first leadership and operational excellence across its global network.
