In his new position, Ambrose will lead the company’s HR strategy with a focus on talent management, organisational development, and strengthening people practices across the business.
Ambrose has been associated with SEGULA Technologies for over 6 years and has progressed through several important roles, including Director – Human Resources and Head – HR Operations & Talent Acquisition.
Before joining SEGULA Technologies, Ambrose worked as Head of Human Resources at IDC Engineering. He also held talent acquisition roles at EASi, gaining strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and workforce strategy.
His elevation reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its HR leadership and aligning talent strategy with business growth.
