Jain brings over two decades of global finance experience and has held senior leadership roles across major organisations including Microsoft, Convergys, Comviva, Tech Mahindra and Startek. Over the years, he has led major initiatives across finance transformation, digital automation, corporate development and cross border mergers and acquisitions across India, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
In his most recent role as Global CFO at Startek, Jain played a key role in private equity funding, business transformation and Board level engagements. His work at Tech Mahindra, Comviva and Microsoft further strengthened his expertise in global process transformation, risk management, taxation, treasury, governance, digitisation and system integration.
Jain brings deep exposure to multiple sectors including technology, IT services, fintech, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. His leadership style is known for driving growth with a strong focus on inclusion and collaboration.
As he takes charge at Quess Corp Limited, Jain is expected to strengthen the company’s financial strategy, improve operational resilience and support long term value creation. He will draw on his experience across large enterprises and startup ecosystems to support the organisation in its next phase of growth.
