With an illustrious career spanning over forty years across diverse sectors, Nathan brings an extraordinary mix of business insight, visionary strategy, and a deeply people-oriented leadership style to his fresh role.
Nathan’s journey before joining PwC includes nearly twenty years at Deloitte India, where he most recently served as Partner and Chief Talent Officer. In this capacity, he orchestrated the human resource strategy for the Indian firms, steering the talent framework for thousands of professionals and championing initiatives centered on inclusion, leadership cultivation, and performance transformation.
Prior to Deloitte, Nathan held key HR leadership positions at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, Planetasia (GCI), and Microland. There, he led vital organizational development and talent management projects. His early career phases at Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. and ICI India further refined his expertise in handling HR operations, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning across varied corporate environments.
Beyond his corporate engagements, Nathan is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Visara Human Capital Consulting, a platform where he continues to pioneer human capital strategy thought leadership. Widely regarded in the HR domain, Nathan’s influence transcends business boundaries, reflecting a profound dedication to mentorship and nurturing future leaders.
In his new leadership role at PwC Acceleration Centers, Nathan will steer the strategic course of the centers located in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. His focus will be on elevating operational brilliance, fostering talent engagement, and enhancing value delivery to clients. This appointment arrives at a significant moment as PwC intensifies its efforts to expand global delivery services and invests heavily in innovation-led business models.
