Medallia announces Carrie Parker as Chief Marketing Officer

Medallia, the global leader in customer and employee experience, today announced Carrie Parker as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Parker brings over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams, transforming brands, and driving revenue growth for technology and SaaS companies.

Parker most recently led the worldwide marketing team at Cision as Chief Marketing Officer, elevating portfolio brands including CisionOne and Brandwatch and accelerating demand creation. Before joining Cision, Parker had executive positions at Vericast, American Express, Kantar, and Cordial, where she oversaw brand makeovers and increased sales using data-driven marketing campaigns.
