Masha Namnun takes on an expanded role as VP; Human Resources Manager – Global Payments Solutions at Bank of America

In this expanded role, Namnun will support workforce planning and talent development for the Global Payments Solutions business, with a focus on building leadership strength, improving employee experience and aligning HR priorities with business goals.

Before this appointment, Namnun spent about 4 years at Bank of America as Vice President; Talent Acquisition – Global Banking & Markets. During this time, she played a key role in shaping hiring strategies and delivering talent for one of the bank’s most competitive business segments. Her efforts supported the growth of high-performing teams and helped business leaders attract and retain skilled professionals across global markets.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Namnun gained strong experience in staffing and recruitment at Staffworks Inc. She worked as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for close to 1 year in Seymour, Connecticut. In this role, she partnered with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, manage interview and selection processes, strengthen employer branding and lead recruitment events. She also helped build long-term talent pipelines for client organizations.

Earlier in her career, Namnun held several progressive roles at Aerotek. She served as Operations & Facilities Management Account Manager, supporting staffing for key maintenance and facilities roles in the Washington DC–Baltimore region. Before that, she worked as Account Manager – Architecture, Engineering, Environmental & Construction Services, and earlier as a Recruiter. These roles gave her strong experience in talent sourcing, candidate matching and client relationship management.

She also brings early career experience in education administration. Namnun briefly served as Interim Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Saint Joseph and earlier as an Admissions Counselor at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. In these roles, she supported recruitment programs, student outreach and admissions operations.
