In his new role, Swami will shape the company’s technology vision and lead large-scale initiatives across AI, data, application modernisation, and cloud transformation. His responsibilities include driving platform-led innovation, strengthening engineering capabilities, and enabling scalable digital solutions to support business growth and evolving enterprise needs.
Swami brings strong experience in leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. Before this appointment, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Technology (Markets) at Sonata Software, where he played a key role in driving technology strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Sonata, he held senior leadership roles at Virtusa. There, he led healthcare and life sciences consulting, solutions, and technology functions, and also drove data, analytics, and cloud transformation initiatives for global clients.
Earlier in his career, Swami worked with Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to large-scale technology programs and building expertise across enterprise platforms and digital solutions.
With deep experience in AI, cloud, and data-driven transformation, Swami is set to lead Sonata Software’s next phase of innovation. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its technology leadership and delivering scalable, future-ready solutions for global enterprises.
