Shikha Kandoi brings close to 2 decades of experience in finance leadership. She joins Impetus from Wipro, where she held several senior roles, including CFO for Wipro Business Process Services and CFO for Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, Retail, and the Brazil sector. Her experience covers global financial planning and analysis, revenue management, finance transformation, and technology-driven financial enablement.
She began her career at ITC Limited, where she built a strong foundation in corporate accounting and financial consolidation. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for positioning finance as a strategic business partner rather than only a control function.
At Impetus, Shikha responsibilities will include overseeing global financial operations, improving governance standards, and supporting leadership teams with data-driven insights for decision-making. The company expects her appointment to help strengthen financial systems while enabling business growth through disciplined investment and performance management.
With Shikha’s background in managing complex global portfolios and driving financial modernization, she is expected to play a key role in shaping Impetus’ next phase of expansion and operational maturity.
