Strengthening its leadership team during a phase of scientific and organizational growth, GENOSKIN has appointed Nadia Kaci-Chaouche as Vice President Human Resources, effective January 2026. Based in Toulouse / Paris (Hybrid), she will lead the company’s people strategy as GENOSKIN expands its mission of delivering predictive human data for drug development, safety assessment, and non-clinical research.
GENOSKIN is a biotechnology company and contract research organization (CRO) focused on ex vivo human skin platforms and immunology-based services. In her new role, Nadia will support workforce growth and organizational alignment as the company scales its science-driven operations.
Nadia brings strong HR leadership experience across biotech, healthtech, and international organizations. Her expertise spans global HR strategy, executive partnering, talent acquisition and retention, organizational design, and cross-border workforce alignment.
Before joining GENOSKIN, Nadia spent nearly 4.5 years at Mnemo Therapeutics, a French-American biotech specializing in immune-based and cell therapies. As Senior Director, Global HR, she was part of the executive team and helped shape HR strategy during the company’s build-up phase. She aligned HR priorities across Europe and the U.S., accelerated strategic hiring, and launched global programs in employer branding, learning and development, talent acquisition, and DE&I.
Alongside this role, she also worked for almost 3 years as a self-employed Executive Human Resources Consultant. She advised start-ups and scale-ups in biotech, healthtech, AI, and SaaS, supporting HR strategy in fast-growing and complex environments.
Earlier, Nadia spent over 5 years at Aptus Health as HR Director, International. She supported the creation and growth of the international organization and helped design HR strategy for the non-U.S. subsidiary. She served on the international leadership team and led initiatives in recruitment policy, workforce planning, talent development, and multi-country HR compliance.
Nadia also worked for more than 3 years at SMART Technologies as EMEA Senior HR Manager, managing HR operations across regional subsidiaries. Her responsibilities included policy implementation, salary review and succession planning, and supporting restructuring and downsizing programs through structured change management.
Her earlier HR experience includes roles at Ortel Mobile (a KPN company) as HR Manager, and HR generalist positions with Exane, Sperian Protection, Eurazeo, and Euronext, along with operational HR support roles at the start of her career.
