Wishing Mr. Joan Pepin greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!
Edge Delta, the leader in intelligent telemetry pipelines for security and observability data, this week announced the appointment of Joan Pepin as the company’s new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With over two decades of experience building and scaling security programs at high-growth technology companies, Ms. Pepin will lead Edge Delta’s security strategy, ensuring the company continues to meet the highest standards of trust, privacy, and compliance.
Ms. Pepin brings deep expertise to Edge Delta, having previously served in executive security roles at companies such as Auth0, Sumo Logic, and Nike. As CISO, she will be responsible for overseeing Edge Delta’s global security and compliance initiatives — with a focus on secure data processing, platform resilience, and enabling customer success through robust security practices.
“Security is at the heart of what we do at Edge Delta. As organizations look to gain deeper control and visibility over their telemetry data, they need to trust the platforms they rely on,” said Ozan Unlu, Founder and CEO of Edge Delta. “Joan’s track record of scaling security at cloud-native companies is second to none. We’re thrilled to have her join the team.”
Ms. Pepin joins Edge Delta at a time of significant momentum. The company’s security data pipeline solutions are helping enterprises modernize how they process and route security data — giving teams more control, flexibility, and cost-efficiency than ever before.
“Edge Delta is tackling one of the most important challenges in modern infrastructure: how to securely manage and make sense of massive volumes of telemetry data,” said Joan Pepin. “I’m excited to join this mission and help customers confidently adopt Edge Delta at enterprise scale.”
Ms. Pepin’s appointment reinforces Edge Delta’s commitment to delivering a secure, reliable platform for customers across industries — including finance, transportation, e-commerce, and government.
