DAMAC Properties opens new global capability centre in Noida

DAMAC Properties, a leading conglomerate based in the United Arab Emirates, has expanded its global presence with the launch of its new Global Capability Centre called DAMAC Shared Services India in Noida. This centre strengthens the company’s footprint in India alongside its existing hub in Pune.

The India centres have been designed as innovation led facilities. They will enhance key functions across finance, operations, digital, human resources, sales and other business areas. They will also support the Group’s worldwide operations by bringing together top talent and integrated service capabilities.

Hussain Sajwani, Founder of DAMAC Group, said, “With DSSI, we are writing a new chapter in DAMAC’s global growth story. India’s talent ecosystem and technology readiness make it a strategic choice.” He stressed that the company plans to build high performing teams by the year twenty twenty six. Chief Human Capital Officer M P John said that the Group is investing strongly in India’s human capital strengths to promote a culture of innovation, empowerment and global collaboration.

DSSI has been built on the principles of talent, opportunity and collaboration. The centre aims to connect India with the United Arab Emirates and the wider global network of DAMAC. Senior officials said that the centre will use India’s strong talent pool to deliver high impact business solutions. They added that it will help accelerate efficiency, digital adoption and customer centricity across DAMAC’s international operations.
