In a significant shift in leadership, Dabur India has gracefully passed the baton of its healthcare business to seasoned professional Sriram Padmanabhan, a name well-etched in the annals of strategic marketing and brand evolution. With more than two decades of wisdom carved through various realms of marketing, sales, strategic blueprints, and P&L orchestration, Padmanabhan now ascends as the Head of Healthcare Business at Dabur.
This transition marks the end of a distinguished era as Philipe Joseph Haydon prepares to step down. His official cessation from the company will take effect post the close of business hours on July 01, 2025, drawing the curtain on a noteworthy chapter of leadership.
Sriram, whose professional canvas boasts a rich palette of experiences, has journeyed through the corridors of renowned organisations including Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly Clark Lever, Dabur Foods Ltd, Times Internet, and more. He recently steered the helm as the Marketing Director at Danone India, where his strategic clarity and creative foresight elevated the brand’s consumer connection.
Educationally rooted in a strong technical and managerial foundation, Padmanabhan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from MD University in 2001. Further nurturing his business acumen, he pursued a PGDM from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, graduating in 2003.
With his return to Dabur, a company that once shaped part of his career trajectory, this appointment seems less like a new beginning and more like a homecoming—charged with a renewed vision. His proven track record across diverse sectors makes him an ideal steward to navigate Dabur’s ever-evolving healthcare vertical into its next phase of growth and innovation.
In a world where brands seek resonance more than presence, Sriram’s appointment stands as a poetic alignment of experience and purpose. As the sun sets on Haydon’s legacy, it rises with new hues under Padmanabhan’s stewardship—a chapter that promises transformation, resilience, and brilliance.
“Sriram Padmanabhan succeeds Philipe Joseph Haydon, whose cessation from the services of the company will be effective from the close of working hours of July 01, 2025.”
“He has an extensive experience of over 21 years in marketing across categories, sales, strategic planning and P&L management, and has worked with various organisations such as Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly Clark Lever, Times Internet, Dabur Foods Ltd etc.”
