Bumble Inc. (NASDAQ: BMBL) has announced that Ronald J. Fior will take on the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective March 15, 2025. Fior, who has been working as a consultant for the company, will continue in his consulting capacity even after stepping into the CFO role. His appointment follows the resignation of the company’s previous CFO, Anu Subramanian, whose last day will be March 14, 2025.
Currently a partner at FLG Partners, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in CFO and board advisory services, Fior brings over three decades of experience in financial leadership. Throughout his career, he has held various interim CFO positions, including roles at Perch, a technology-focused ecommerce company, Absolute Software, a cybersecurity firm, and Trove Recommerce, which facilitates the resale market for brands. Fior has also served as CFO at Quotient Technology, Good Technology, Callidus Software, Ingenuity Systems, and Remedy Corporation. He was also an SVP/Group CFO at The Thomson Corporation.
Fior began his career as a senior auditor and manager at Arthur Young and holds the designation of a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
With his extensive financial expertise and leadership experience, Fior’s transition into the CFO role will help guide Bumble through its next chapter as the company continues to grow and evolve.
