Bounteous, a global leader in digital transformation consulting, has named Sudarshan Mandayam as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective April 1, 2025. This announcement follows the successful merger with Accolite Digital and marks a new chapter for the company, now focused on accelerating client impact through Co-Innovation, fostering stronger partnerships, and scaling operations for deeper results.
Mandayam brings with him a wealth of leadership experience across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. He has held key roles at prominent global firms, including Cognizant, Infosys, L&T Infotech, JPMorgan, and Citi. Known for his expertise in driving growth and leading digital transformation efforts, Mandayam’s career has been a testament to building high-performing teams and achieving tangible client outcomes. Most recently, he served as President of the Americas at Bounteous, where he played a key role in integrating the merged companies, refining strategic goals, and optimizing the company’s delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Mandayam succeeds Keith Schwartz, Co-Founder of Bounteous, and Leela Kaza, Founder of Accolite Digital. The two co-CEOs led the company through the merger, and while they transition out of their leadership roles, they will continue their involvement as Vice Chairmen of the Board, providing ongoing strategic guidance.
Keith Schwartz shared his confidence in Mandayam’s leadership, emphasizing his deep understanding of Co-Innovation. “Sudarshan leads with clarity and purpose, and his ability to merge strategy, design, and technology will ensure Bounteous continues to lead as the partner of choice for global enterprises,” Schwartz stated.
