Abhinandan Narayan joins Brick and Bolt as Chief Business Officer

Abhinandan brings extensive leadership experience from organisations such as Revfin, Unacademy, Prepladder and the CarDekho Group which includes CarDekho, BikeDekho and Zigwheels. In his new role, he will lead major strategic functions across the inside sales organisation, marketing and growth teams, and the residential construction profit and loss. 

Abhinandan will focus on driving scale, improving customer experience and supporting the company’s market expansion. He will also work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape long term growth plans and strengthen the company’s position in the home construction ecosystem.

Abhinandan’s career includes key roles in sectors such as edtech, electric vehicle financing, consumer technology, software services, media and automotive.

At Revfin, Abhinandan led new business efforts within the electric vehicle ecosystem. At Unacademy, he contributed to Prepladder’s product centred and growth driven strategies. His earlier roles at ANS Commerce, the CarDekho Group, Berger Paints, Microsoft Research India, Mahindra and Mahindra and Tata Consultancy Services reflect his strengths in profit and loss management, digital strategy, channel leadership and business development.

These experiences position him well for his leadership responsibilities at Brick and Bolt.
