The company said this move supports its plan to help enterprises and Global Capability Centers accelerate digital transformation under its GCC 2.0 strategy.

He has worked with Bay Area SaaS firms and global technology companies and most recently led the Hi Tech vertical for AWS in North America. In that role, Jayaraman supported over one hundred fifty Fortune 1000 organisations in advancing their digital programs. He has also co founded a GenAI startup incubator and continues to mentor young ventures on innovation and go to market planning.
Jayaraman holds a degree in electrical engineering from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Calcutta and is a CFA charter holder.
Amrinder Singh, President and Head for EMEA and APAC at Hexaware, said “Aditya brings proven global commercial leadership and experience of being a technology transformation partner for dozens of G2000 organisations. His appointment reinforces our growth focus across Indian enterprises and GCCs.”
Sharing his thoughts on his new position, Jayaraman said “The technology landscape is undergoing a tectonic shift, and customers need trusted partners who can guide them while owning their outcomes. I am excited to join a company whose goal is to help perfect human intelligence and whose NPS score is 30 points above the industry average.”
Hexaware believes Jayaraman’s leadership will help strengthen support for enterprises and GCCs as they upgrade legacy technologies, shift critical workloads and scale AI responsibly to achieve real business results.
