GIFT City and ANSR Global sign MoU to strengthen growth of global capability centres

The Gujarat International Finance Tec City Company Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ANSR Global Corporation Private Limited to support the establishment and expansion of Global Capability Centres in GIFT City. The announcement was made through an official release.

The MoU was signed on Thursday, 13 November 2025. It is aimed at enabling the growth of next generation Global Capability Centres by using the infrastructure, regulatory support, and talent ecosystem available in GIFT City. The collaboration will focus on attracting centres that work in areas such as technology development, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation.

As part of this partnership, GIFT City and ANSR will carry out joint programmes that include strategic outreach, ecosystem development, and industry engagement. These initiatives are designed to highlight the operational benefits of setting up Global Capability Centres in GIFT City.

ANSR has built and scaled more than one hundred and seventy Global Capability Centres for global companies. Through this association, the two organisations expect to draw international interest and further strengthen India’s position in enterprise capability development.

Sanjay Kaul, managing director and group chief executive officer of GIFT City, said the city has become a preferred location for global enterprises setting up centres in India. He said the partnership with ANSR will support efforts to build an ecosystem that encourages innovation, employment, and collaboration.

Lalit Ahuja, founder and chief executive officer of ANSR, said the collaboration will use ANSR’s experience in building Global Capability Centres to support GIFT City’s plan to become a global hub for enterprise and technology.

The release also stated that the partnership shows the intent of both organisations to create an environment that promotes investment, supports skill development, and drives growth in the Global Capability Centre sector.
