In her new role, she will lead governance and compliance initiatives to ensure ethical standards, transparency, and accountability across Anand Rathi’s expanding operations. Before joining Anand Rathi, Prachee served as Vice President – Secretarial and Compliance at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where she played a crucial role in enhancing the company’s compliance infrastructure and aligning operations with evolving regulatory requirements.
Prachee’s professional journey also includes senior leadership roles at ICICI Lombard, IDBI Federal Life (now Ageas Federal Life), Tata AIA Life, and Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. Across these organisations, she contributed to building robust compliance systems and governance processes that supported business growth while maintaining strict adherence to regulations.
