Before this, Komal served as Director – Category Management at Zepto, where he played a key role in driving strategic growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the company’s position in the quick commerce sector.
His elevation to Senior Director reflects his strong leadership, sharp analytical abilities, and proven track record in building high-performing teams within fast-paced and competitive business environments.
Before joining Zepto, Komal worked with Ninjacart in the CEO’s Office, where he focused on strategy and execution to enhance the company’s operations and strengthen its supply chain ecosystem. His contributions were instrumental in improving business processes and operational performance.
Earlier in his career, Komal gained valuable experience at Asian Paints in various roles, including Area Manager, Central Distribution Manager, and Management Trainee. These roles provided him with deep insights into business operations, logistics, and market strategy. He also served at Flyrobe as Head of Customer Experience and Operations Manager, where he led initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he completed a KITES Internship at ITC Limited, focusing on channel strategy.
