YES BANK has announced the appointment of Milind Sable as head of HR support services, employee relations and compliance. In this leadership role he will oversee HR shared services, employee relations and HR compliance while driving operational excellence, process transformation and a strong culture of governance across the organisation.
Milind joins YES BANK with extensive experience in human resources, having spent nine years at a leading private sector bank where he progressed through several key leadership roles. He most recently served as senior vice president and head of compensation and benefits, HR operations and HR technology. In that role he strengthened governance frameworks, modernised HR processes and used technology to improve efficiency and employee experience. His earlier responsibilities included leading HR operations and technology transformation programs, managing payroll and streamlining employee life cycle processes.
Before this, Milind headed HR operations at a life insurance company for more than three years. He managed HR technology, payroll and compliance and ensured strong systems integration and standardised processes across the organisation.
Earlier in his career he worked for more than two years at another major Indian bank as deputy vice president and head of HR operations. He led HR technology upgrades, payroll functions and compliance initiatives for a rapidly expanding workforce.
Milind began his professional journey with a seven year tenure at a prominent insurance company, rising to assistant vice president for human resources for the western region. He handled talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and technology during a period of significant organisational growth. He also briefly led the HR function for a business unit at a global services company in Mumbai.
