Arvinder Mudhar joins Ocorian as Chief Digital Officer

Ocorian, a global provider of asset servicing solutions, has appointed Arvinder Mudhar as chief digital officer to strengthen its digital capabilities and accelerate enterprise-wide transformation. The appointment supports Ocorian’s continued expansion across markets and services, as it manages over 20,000 structures and serves more than 9,000 clients worldwide.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services technology, Mudhar has held senior leadership roles at IQUW, Barclays Wealth, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan. Based in London, he will lead Ocorian’s digital strategy and oversee business operations, automation, information security, and transformation programmes. He will report directly to CEO Chantal Free.

In his new role, Mudhar will focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing client experience, and embedding a digital-first approach across Ocorian’s global operations. His leadership will ensure the alignment of technology with business goals, promoting agility, innovation, and resilience in a rapidly changing financial landscape.
