Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, has expanded its India Global Capability Centre (GCC) with the inauguration of a new 29,000 sq. ft. facility on 29 October at The Helios Business Park in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. The expansion underscores the company’s commitment to advancing cybersecurity innovation and AI-driven research and development from India, as stated in a press release.
After launching its first GCC in Bengaluru in October 2024, Arctic Wolf has grown its India operations from 75 to over 300 employees in less than a year. The new workspace can accommodate up to 500 people and includes an advanced AI engineering lab and collaborative zones designed to foster innovation and strengthen global integration.
“The opening of our new Bengaluru office marks a significant milestone in our mission to drive world-class cybersecurity innovation from India. This R&D hub will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions that empower organisations globally to end cyber risk,” said Lisa Tetrault, senior vice president of Security Services.
The company aims to accelerate AI-led initiatives in threat detection and response, supported by a newly appointed leader to oversee Arctic Wolf’s dedicated AI practice. “Our immediate focus is on strengthening our world-class teams and enhancing our platform capabilities to ensure we deliver the highest level of security outcomes for our customers,” said Jeff Green, chief development officer.
The Bengaluru centre will serve as a key hub for Arctic Wolf’s research and development efforts, with a focus on AI-enabled innovation and engineering excellence. The expansion aligns with the company’s global strategy to strengthen product development and provide continuous 24×7 protection through its cloud-native Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform.
