In this key leadership role, Aparnaa will oversee learning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives across the organization, reinforcing Metro Brands’ commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Prior to joining Metro Brands, Aparnaa served as Lead-Learning & Organizational Development at Raymond Realty. She led leadership development programs, blended learning interventions, and digital learning solutions, aligning business objectives with people strategies and creating high-performing teams through data-driven L&D initiatives.
Earlier, Aparnaa worked with Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited as a Learning and Development Specialist. There, she implemented competency-based training frameworks, built leadership pipelines, and enhanced employee engagement through innovative learning initiatives, driving measurable improvements in productivity and talent retention.
Before that, she was Learning and Development Manager at Jio, where she managed large-scale learning programs focused on leadership, customer service, and employee capability enhancement. Aparnaa played a key role in integrating digital learning methodologies and leveraging technology to optimize learning delivery across the organization.
Aparnaa’s early career includes seven years at Silver Brook Learning Center as Senior Content Manager, specializing in content strategy, instructional design, and blended learning models for the BFSI sector. She also gained experience at Dun & Bradstreet, Geetanjali Institute of Management Studies, Datamatics Global Services, and Anand Rathi Securities, contributing to research, education, and operations management.
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Udaipur, with a specialization in Financial Services Management. Her diverse experience across corporate and academic sectors equips her with the insight and agility needed to develop strong learning cultures in fast-evolving organizations.
