In her new role, Lauren will lead Capitol Airspace Group’s financial strategy, focusing on improving fiscal operations, enhancing financial planning, and ensuring the company’s continued expansion. Her appointment reflects the organisation’s commitment to strengthening its financial foundation as it continues to deliver advanced solutions in airspace management and analytics.
Before joining Capitol Airspace Group, Lauren served as a Finance Advisor at Snowflake, where she played a key role in financial analysis and strategic advisory for enterprise data management initiatives. Her strong background in financial modelling and business performance analysis helped the company improve efficiency and achieve sustainable growth.
Earlier in her career, Lauren spent almost seven years at Crunchy Data, where she advanced from Senior Accountant to Senior Director of Finance. During her time there, she developed and scaled financial operations, introduced effective financial controls, and led budgeting, forecasting, and compliance functions that supported the company’s expansion.
She also gained valuable early experience at ScienceLogic as a Revenue Accountant, managing revenue recognition and audit processes, and at Invincea, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, where she built a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate compliance.
Lauren’s career reflects her dedication to precision, transparency, and strategic alignment in financial management. Her proven track record across leading technology and data analytics companies positions her well to guide Capitol Airspace Group through its next phase of financial and operational growth.
