Vivo has unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the X300 and X300 Pro, in China. Both devices come powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor and feature major upgrades in camera performance, battery capacity, and charging technology.
The highlight of the series is its advanced imaging system co-engineered with Zeiss. The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display offering a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. It includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and is equipped with a large 6,510mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The smartphone runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
For photography, the X300 Pro packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with gimbal stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto camera. The front-facing camera houses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor. Other notable features include dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 6, and USB-C 3.2 connectivity.
The standard Vivo X300 comes with a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel that also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR display. It houses a 6,040mAh battery with the same 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. On the rear, it features a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. Like the Pro variant, it also includes a 50MP selfie camera.
In terms of pricing, the Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (approximately Rs 63,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the top-end 16GB RAM and 1TB model costs CNY 6,699 (around Rs 79,000). The standard X300 is priced from CNY 4,399 (around Rs 52,000) to CNY 5,999 (around Rs 71,000), depending on configuration.
While Vivo has not officially confirmed the India launch timeline, the X300 series is expected to arrive later this year based on the company’s previous flagship release patterns.
