Infravision has appointed Nurus Saba as Head of Human Relations, India, marking a key step in her distinguished HR leadership journey. In this role, she will lead the people function across Infravision’s India operations, driving strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s vision of transforming the energy infrastructure sector through innovation, technology, and people excellence.
As a member of Infravision’s leadership team, Nurus will focus on building a scalable and future-ready people framework to support rapid growth. Her responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategy, governance, and processes; leading workforce planning and talent acquisition across projects and corporate functions; and driving leadership development, organisational design, and cultural transformation. She will also champion employee experience, diversity, and digital HR initiatives to boost engagement and operational excellence.
Before joining Infravision, Nurus was Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Bajel Projects Ltd, where she led enterprise-wide people programs that strengthened talent pipelines and enhanced employee engagement across multiple sites. She also spent over four years at Simpl, holding roles including Associate Director – Human Capital and Senior Human Resources Manager, where she improved employee experience through initiatives in onboarding, engagement, benefits design, and performance management.
Earlier, Nurus spent over five years at ATPI, developing leadership programs, succession planning frameworks, and employee engagement strategies that improved organisational performance. She also gained experience at Callan Research, MSCI Inc., and Mancer Consulting Services, building expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR systems development.
With over fifteen years of experience across technology, infrastructure, and professional services sectors, Nurus is a seasoned HR professional with a proven record in strategic people leadership and organisational transformation. Her appointment highlights Infravision’s commitment to cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and innovation-driven workplace as it expands its global operations.
