Birlasoft has announced the appointment of Komal Jain as its Chief Executive Officer for the Americas. He will be based in Dallas, Texas.
Jain will lead Birlasoft’s entire business across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. His core focus will be on accelerating growth, strengthening partnerships with clients, shaping the company’s innovation strategy, and driving key investments to boost market leadership.
Komal Jain brings over twenty years of leadership experience in technology, sales, global marketing, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. He offers deep expertise in helping large companies navigate major changes, adopt complex technology shifts, and accelerate innovation. He assists top executives (CXOs) to turn transformation goals into clear, tangible outcomes by ensuring innovation has purpose and agility is backed by trust.

Before joining Birlasoft, Jain served as Senior Vice President and Head of the High Tech, Media, and Entertainment vertical at Infosys. In that role, he was pivotal in driving growth and expanding the company’s market presence across fast evolving industries. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
