Egon Zehnder, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, has promoted Richa Kale (GRP) to the position of Director HR, Global Functions. With more than twenty years of experience in human resources across ITES, technology, manufacturing, engineering, financial services, and consulting sectors, Richa will lead the strategic people agenda for Egon Zehnder’s global technology teams. She will also provide advisory support and data intelligence for global functions to strengthen the firm’s HR strategy and enable impactful organisational decisions.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Richa held key leadership roles at Encore Capital Group as Assistant Vice President for India Operations, HR Business Partner, and Assistant Vice President for Compensation and Benefits. She also made significant contributions during her tenure at John Deere, Zensar Technologies, and Medusind, where she managed HR policies, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Richa is the co-founder of the LeadLikeHer Tribe and a Global Remuneration Professional certified by the World at Work Society, USA. She is well known for her expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and talent optimisation.
Her promotion highlights her strategic vision and ability to drive Egon Zehnder’s global HR initiatives. With her leadership, the firm aims to further strengthen its high-performing teams and continue fostering organisational excellence.
