Rohit Minton appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at QX Global Group

Rohit Minton has joined QX Global Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with him over 20 years of rich experience in human resources across several leading organisations, including Health Prime, R1 RCM, UnitedHealth Group, Siemens Solutions and Services, Amicorp Group, Oracle, and Modlingua.

In his new role, Rohit will lead QX Global Group’s strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent development, organisational transformation, HR automation, policy enhancements, and merger integrations. His expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and building high-performing HR frameworks will help strengthen the company’s people-first culture and align human capital practices with business goals.

Before joining QX Global Group, Rohit served as Group Vice President – Human Resources at Health Prime, where he led HR transformation programmes and EBITDA improvement initiatives. He has also held senior leadership positions at R1 RCM and UnitedHealth Group, where he contributed to HR strategy, talent management, and organisational change.

Earlier in his career, Rohit gained deep experience in HR operations, compensation planning, and global HR practices through roles at Siemens, Amicorp, Oracle, and Modlingua. His extensive cross-industry exposure and leadership experience are expected to play a pivotal role in driving QX Global Group’s HR vision and supporting its global growth journey.
