Zepto, one of India’s fastest-growing quick commerce companies, has announced the appointment of Sneha Arora as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new role, Arora will focus on building a workplace that fosters belonging, supports growth, and empowers every individual to contribute meaningfully. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, she has developed and led people and culture strategies across the e-commerce, fintech, and technology sectors. Arora has played a key role in establishing scalable HR systems, enhancing leadership capabilities, and nurturing value-driven cultures during periods of growth and transformation.
