Before joining Magma General Insurance, Kapoor held senior leadership roles at a leading general insurance company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations. In that role, he managed central operations across all lines of business, distribution and banking operations, as well as key process excellence initiatives. His earlier career includes positions at other major insurers and healthcare organisations, where he focused on operational efficiency, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
Over the years, Kapoor has successfully led automation projects, implemented digitisation strategies and driven process innovations to enhance service outcomes. At Magma General Insurance, he will lead transformative initiatives across operations, customer service and health claims. His leadership will aim to strengthen customer-centric approaches, enhance risk management and advance strategic process innovation.
