Binghatti has announced the appointment of Hamad Al Awadhi as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Hamad will lead the company’s HR vision, focusing on organizational transformation, leadership development, and people strategies to support Binghatti’s rapid growth in the luxury real estate sector.
Hamad has been with Binghatti for over two years, previously serving as Executive Vice President – Group Human Resources & Administration. In that role, he streamlined HR policies and strengthened the company’s organizational capabilities. Before this, he was Group Senior Human Resources Director, overseeing HR transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining Binghatti, Hamad spent more than 11 years at the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, holding several senior positions. As Senior Manager Talent Enablement & Development, he led key HR transformation strategies. Earlier, as Senior Manager – Human Capital Strategy & Development, he aligned human capital initiatives with business goals. He also gained extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Manpower Planning, managing large-scale recruitment and workforce planning projects.
Hamad began his career in Recruitment and Manpower Planning at the UAE aviation authority, building workforce pipelines and designing HR systems to strengthen the sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Business in Aviation Management from Coventry University, combining strong academic knowledge with extensive HR leadership experience.
With his appointment, Hamad is expected to play a key role in driving Binghatti’s talent strategy, fostering leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization, supporting its expansion and long-term growth plans.
